Its nice to know that iam driving a safe cuv (tiguan 2011), but it came as a surprise tat the new tiguan does not have a seatbelt warning indicator or buzzer. even at high speeds there is no reminder to put on the seat belt, why is it so?
I have a 2011 Tiguan SE and there IS a warning light on the dash re the seatbelt. No buzzer (thank you VW!!! I hate those!) but mine does have the indicator light!
its true that there is a warning light on the dash when i turn on the ignition but after a few seconds it goes off even if the seat belt is not engaged. Is it supposed to be so?
